As General Manager of Offshore Sales and Manufacturing, Kay leads Submar’s manufacturing operations and drives offshore sales strategy to driving production efficiency, optimize supply chain performance, and fuel market growth. Her leadership fosters seamless collaboration between operational teams and clients, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and long-term value. Kay plays a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships and expanding Submar’s footprint in offshore and international markets.

Since joining Submar in 2009, Kay has been a driving force behind innovative project execution and client-focused solutions in erosion control. With over two decades of project management experience—she brings a results-driven approach to delivering scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. Known for translating complex challenges into actionable strategies, Kay is passionate about process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning internal performance with customer success. She also contributes to Submar’s R&D initiatives, helping advance technologies and best practices that address evolving industry needs.

Kay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Technology-Project Management concentration, both from Western Kentucky University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a PQS Level 1 certification through National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA). Kay is also a proud U.S. Army Veteran.
