Safety Excellence – Honorable recognition for those contractors who achieved the following results in safety in the previous year:

• Zero OSHA Recordables (Colonial)
• Zero Fatalities
• Zero OSHA citations
• Zero Line/​Equipment Strikes
• Zero Product/Non-Product Spills (Colonial)
• Contractor Performance Evaluation Average Score Mostly ​“Exceeds Expectations” (87.5% or higher)
• TRIR less than or equal to Industry Average (Company-wide)
• RAVS Written Program Score of 100% (Colonial)
• Dashboard Grade of ​“A” (Colonial)

Eligibility requirements include:

• Majority of the contractor’s work was field-related (excludes consulting, design, engineering, project management, and office-related activities)
• Contractor is a registered and active member of ISNetWorld
• Contractor is registered to the Colonial Contractor Portal
