With a background in water resources and environmental engineering, Jack oversees the development of project designs and coordinates project management to ensure Submar solutions are suited to meet clients’ needs. Jack graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering. He is an engineering intern (E.I.) in Louisiana.
