Experienced in project management and design, Joseph joined the Submar team in July 2018. As Executive Vice President, Joseph provides technical and sales oversight by leading our Regional Sales and our Design teams to engage our customers, identify erosional challenges, conduct site assessments and surveys, develop long-term solutions for our clients, and submit project proposals. He has been involved in every phase of a project, including feasibility analysis and due diligence, surveying, master planning, engineering design, permitting, construction management, and administration. He also has worked with numerous municipalities and government agencies, which has allowed him to better serve his clients during the permitting and approval process.
Joseph graduated from Louisiana State University with bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in Louisiana.
