Kay has been supporting the Submar mission since 2009 with 17 years of project management experience within the erosion control and oil and gas sectors. She specializes in building bridges between people and organizations, shared value strategies, process improvement, research and development, safety and quality control standards, and business development. She believes safety, communication, and innovative product development to be the cornerstones in assisting clients’ projects’ success.
Kay is skilled in project and operations management. She is Project Management Professional (PMP) – certified, Production & Quality School (PQS) Level 1-certified through the National Precast Association (NPCA), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Supervision from Western Kentucky University. She served in the U.S. Army for 9 years and was deployed twice.
