Marcel began his career at Submar in 2013 and manages all of Submar’s environmental efforts. He works with project proponents and federal, state, and local agencies across the country to move projects through all facets of various permitting processes. He brings a diverse skill set to Submar with expertise in Clean Water Act permitting. Marcel holds a Master of Science Degree in Marine and Environmental Biology from Nicholls State University and has over 15 years of experience working in the environmental field and the oil and gas industry.
