Based in Houma, Louisiana, Submar started over 30 years ago as a company that provided articulated concrete mats to the offshore oil and gas market for use in the Gulf of Mexico. Since then, we’ve evolved into the industry standard for offshore and onshore pipeline exposure remediation.
Submar has completed projects across the country for most of the major pipeline companies and has provided hundreds of onshore solutions for commercial, civil, and governmental entities, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Our ability to create new products and customized solutions for a variety of markets allows us to serve multiple sectors.

We provide comprehensive, turnkey project management services—from initial site studies to regulatory compliance and post-construction monitoring.
