Mark serves as president of Submar, guiding the company’s overall strategy and direction. He brings many years of experience in management, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership roles.
Prior to joining Submar, Mark held various executive positions within the civil engineering and manufacturing industries. His experience includes serving as an executive for a manufacturer and distributor of geosynthetic and erosion control products used in civil, utility, and midstream pipeline markets. Additionally, he was a founding member of a civil engineering consulting firm that provided civil site design, storm drainage, and erosion control services across the southeastern United States.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is LEED AP accredited and a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
