Caitlin Stroud joined Submar in January 2018 and has over ten years of Human Resources experience in the oil and gas industry. She chose a career in Human Resources to help employees navigate and manage challenges that arise throughout their careers. Caitlin is a strategic partner who promotes workplace values and enjoys facing new challenges with the opportunity to learn and grow in her field and with Submar.
Caitlin graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, Concentration in Human Resources (2012) and a Master of Business Administration (2014). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
