Tate has been a part of the Submar team since January 2017. After working for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Roswell, New Mexico, for over 15 years, he gained extensive realty and pipeline right-of-way applications knowledge, which are vital aspects of the oil and gas and erosion control industries. His region experiences severe wind erosion, which has required creative engineering and design plans to ensure Submar’s products and solutions withstand desert environments.
Tate earned his degree in criminal justice with a minor in wildlife management from New Mexico State University – Carlsbad.
