We provide turnkey permitting services, and our proposals include detailed information regarding anticipated permitting requirements for our solution. We follow the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Upland Erosion Control, Revegetation, and Maintenance Plan, as well as the FERC’s Wetland and Waterbody Construction and Mitigation Procedures.
