Experience

Based in Houma, Louisiana, Submar starting providing articulated concrete mats to the offshore oil and gas market for use in the Gulf of Mexico over 30 years ago. Since then, we’ve evolved into the industry standard for offshore and onshore pipeline exposure remediation.

Submar has tackled projects in 43 states for 90 percent of the major pipeline companies. We’ve also provided hundreds of onshore solutions for commercial, civil, and governmental entities, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Our ability to create new products and customized solutions for a variety of markets allows us to serve multiple sectors.
